Is all maintenance included in porter service?
No. Porter service covers the cleaning tasks in your agreement. Maintenance is assessed and priced separately unless it is explicitly included in the agreed scope.
How often should you visit?
That depends on foot traffic, litter levels, bin capacity and your expectations. We can discuss a recurring schedule or a one-time visit after reviewing the property.
How is pricing determined?
Quotes reflect the site size, tasks, access, waste arrangements and visit frequency. We agree on the scope before starting.
What about hazardous waste?
Flag sharps, unknown substances or hazardous waste when requesting a quote. These require separate assessment and are not included in ordinary litter pickup.
Define the repair before arranging work
Send a description and photos of the affected area, together with your property location and any access restrictions. We review whether the task fits the service, what materials are needed and whether it can be coordinated with a cleaning visit.
A clear quote separates labour, materials and the agreed work. Additional defects found during a visit need to be discussed before expanding the job. Specialist or regulated work requires its own assessment and is not automatically part of a general upkeep visit.
