Practical care.

Porter service is about maintaining a clean, welcoming appearance throughout the spaces people use every day. We discuss the site’s layout, traffic and waste volumes to define a practical visit schedule.

What we can discuss

  • Litter pickup around buildings, landscaped edges and parking areas
  • Emptying outdoor waste receptacles and replacing liners
  • Spot sweeping around entrances and pedestrian routes
  • A site-specific checklist for the areas you want covered

Questions, answered.

What is an exterior porter service?

It is routine outdoor cleaning: picking up litter, servicing waste bins and tidying shared exterior areas. It can be paired with separately agreed light maintenance.

How often should you visit?

That depends on foot traffic, litter levels, bin capacity and your expectations. We can discuss a recurring schedule or a one-time visit after reviewing the property.

How is pricing determined?

Quotes reflect the site size, tasks, access, waste arrangements and visit frequency. We agree on the scope before starting.

What about hazardous waste?

Flag sharps, unknown substances or hazardous waste when requesting a quote. These require separate assessment and are not included in ordinary litter pickup.

A practical exterior porter checklist

Start with the areas customers and tenants use: entrances, walkways, parking spaces and outdoor receptacles. Agree on which areas are checked, where collected waste goes, and who supplies liners. Receptacle servicing means emptying the agreed bins and changing liners; off-site waste hauling should be discussed separately.

Visit frequency depends on how quickly litter accumulates and bins fill. Tell us about busy trading days, deliveries and access restrictions so the proposed schedule fits your site. A porter visit can also identify an upkeep task for a separate discussion.
